Our recommendations are educational and advisory in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees of athletic advancement or future opportunities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or create an account.

Parents or legal guardians may register and purchase services on behalf of minors.

Services may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Every player develops differently.

Participation in Pro Hockey Lab services does not guarantee:

• Team placement

• AAA selection

• Prep school admission

• Junior hockey opportunities

• NCAA recruitment

• Scholarships

• Professional contracts

• Any specific athletic outcome

Our role is to provide guidance, education, and recommendations based on our experience.

5. Memberships

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Members may cancel at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, payments already processed are non-refundable.

Membership benefits may change as Pro Hockey Lab continues to improve its platform and offerings.

6. Advisory & Video Services

Scheduled sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be forfeited.

Video review turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on demand.

7. Camps & Events

Registration is subject to availability.

Participation may require completion of waivers and medical information.

PHL reserves the right to modify instructors, schedules, locations, or event formats when necessary.

Refund policies for camps will be communicated during registration.

8. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment information.

By purchasing services, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Pro Hockey Lab, including:

• logos

• graphics

• videos

• player reports

• evaluations

• educational materials

• whiteboard content

• website content

• software

• branding

is owned by Pro Hockey Lab unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or resold without written permission.

10. Player Content

By submitting videos, evaluations, or other materials to Pro Hockey Lab, you confirm that you have the legal right to share that content.

You grant Pro Hockey Lab permission to use submitted materials solely for providing requested services.

We will never publicly use player content without permission.

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

12. Community Standards

Users agree not to:

• submit false information

• upload offensive or illegal content

• interfere with platform functionality

• misuse advisory services

• attempt unauthorized access to the platform

PHL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

14. Limitation of Liability
